Service Description

With this service we guarantee our results and increasing the value of a vehicle by removing surface imperfections such as swirl marks, paint oxidation, water spot and more. With a in person consultation and evaluation we can get a detailed view of the vehicle current condition. Providing our clients with the best solution to the problem. We start with a complete decontamination stage to get the surface of the vehicle back to a bare surface removing old wax or paint sealant. We then inspect the level of clear coat on the vehicle to ensure we are able to perform a correction in that area or panel. Once this is completed we test a small area with the least aggressive method first and checking the results. the goal is to get the best results that the client is expecting all while removing the least amount of clear coat possible. When we find the right method best for the job we start the complete process. You have different levels of correction from a 1step correction (least aggressive 60%-70%), 2 step correction (semi aggressive75%-85% defects removed) 3 step correction (most aggressive 90%-95% of defects removed). WE OFFER A CASH BACK OPTION IF THE EXPECTATIONS ARE NOT MET AND VEHICLES CONDITION IS NOT ENHACED THIS IS A LIMITED TIME OFFER.

Cancellation Policy

At PBOS Auto Detailing, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask you to review and adhere to our cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. 3. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without providing any prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service. 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us ensure that we can provide all our clients with timely and efficient service."
